madrun mentioned it a while back, I've been intrigued by the "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" concept, but I'm too cheap to buy a $20 book to learn one technique. Instead, I let my google do the walking and found this article (and associated recipe) that seems to be pretty much the same idea.
