Device Submission Number Infinity

I've tried several times to submit a device, with no success. My very first one got bounced for being too busy (with which I totally agree). I think there may have been a couple other attempts, and the most recent ("azure, semy of annulets or") got lost in heraldic limbo, even though adelavanbrugge's simultaneous name submission passed with flying colors. There was also the potential of that one conflicting with existing arms, which is always a problem with extremely simple heraldry. This time around I've decided to make it a little more complex to help avoid conflicts, while still geometrically simple and more or less persona-appropriate:
