More Projects

So this past weekend was Midwinter A&S, which was a lovely event from my perspective. I got to judge the costume accessories category, which is the first time I've judged on a non-ad hoc basis. On the plus side, it means I didn't get kicked out of the display hall during the judging. On the minus side, it meant I didn't get much of a chance to look at all the other stuff. Ah well. I also ran the ball in the evening, which went swimmingly aside from the clouds of dust we were kicking up from the floor.

I finally figured out what to do with the mystery tool I made the other day. With a little alteration, it (or something like it) will become the basis for a paintbrush. Now I just need to find a good source for squirrel tails...

I've also started work on another SCA-related website, to be unveiled in due time.
