I bought some wool during the fabric.com sale a while back, and waited patiently for it to show up on my doorstep. After a while, I went to track the package and realized that they had an old work address listed in their system, from back when I'd had something delivered to me at work. Since I'd had a chance to verify the address and didn't, I figured that I was just going to chalk this one up to stupidity and never see my wool. I sent an email to fabric.com explaining the situation, and to my happy surprise they offered to send UPS to retrieve the first package and send me a replacement (which I received today). It's always refreshing to have a positive customer service experience, so I figured the least I could do was post something about it.
